Dear Parents, Guardians, and Well-wishers,

It gives me immense pleasure to share my thoughts with you all.

I had long envisioned establishing an exceptional English medium school in Bhadra – a place where the children of our region could access modern, high-quality education supported by the latest teaching technologies and innovative resources. A place that would empower them to reach great heights in their future endeavors. This vision has been the driving force behind my efforts over the years.

After completing my own education, I remained connected with the education sector and have been actively involved in this field since 1992. My association with English medium education in Bhadra began in 2000, and in 2012, I took on a more active role in contributing to the field. This journey culminated in the establishment of The Maple International School in 2018.

I have always believed that a school should be guided by someone who is not just an educator, but a role model – someone who embodies truth, integrity, and strong moral values. An individual free from any unethical behavior, arrogance, or vices like dishonesty, deceit, addiction, or gambling. The ideal leader, in my view, must be disciplined, service-oriented, impartial, and committed to the pursuit of knowledge – someone who can inspire others and treat education as a tool for uplifting society.

While the journey has seen its share of challenges and setbacks – including wrong choices at times – I am happy to share that after years of searching, we have found the right person.

We are proud to appoint Mr. Ruchesh Sharma (RK Sir) from Dehradun as the Director of our school. With over 20 years of rich experience in education, Mr. Sharma is a seasoned academician, an effective administrator, and an inspiring mentor. He is known for his dependable leadership, strong classroom management, excellent communication with parents and staff, and a deep sensitivity to students’ needs. His innovative and solution-oriented approach, along with his strong decision-making abilities, will be instrumental in guiding our school towards greater excellence over the next decade.

With his expertise and leadership, we aim to take The Maple International School to even greater heights, ensuring the holistic development of our students – academically, emotionally, and ethically.

Since 2021, following the pandemic, I have dedicated myself entirely to the growth and development of this institution. My dream remains firm – that every child in Bhadra should receive quality education and grow into a confident, capable citizen who makes their family, community, and nation proud.

With your continued support and trust, we will keep strengthening the services and standards of our school. My team and I are fully committed to building a nurturing environment where children not only gain knowledge but also grow with strong values and character.
